Dear AQS customer,

Another successful and eventful year has passed for all of us. Thanks to you, our valued customers, we were able to conduct many audits all over the world and even the first Enhanced IOSA could be performed. Furthermore, many initial customers were introduced to the IOSA programme and its benefits. Additionally, our wide range of training products in the area of safety and quality with open and in-house courses are getting more and more popular.

AQS is now represented in Frankfurt, Johannesburg, Dubai, Hong Kong and in November the first IOSA Auditor Training (IAT) took place in Miami, where we will establish another AQS home base in 2012.

However, 2011 was also a year of change for the AQS team. In June, Andreas Dietrich, the new Managing Director, joined AQS as successor of Patrick Ockens. Furthermore, our Quality Control Department and our Sales & Marketing team were increased in order to guarantee customer satisfaction for our growing customer base.

One big milestone for AQS was our 10th anniversary. We introduced the AQS Quality Card to thank our loyal customers, granting a 10 % discount on training course fees and giving them the opportunity to earn Miles & More award miles by recommending AQS.

Our SMS courses continue to be in great demand and since fatigue is gaining more and more importance and awareness, our new courses on Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) will be a required supplement to our training programme.

AQS also joined Facebook and LinkedIn and we are welcoming our followers to be kept updated on what is going on.
